What can I expect on my first day?

You will work one-on-one with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who will take a detailed history, perform an assessment, review your personal goals for therapy and create a personalized treatment plan.  On the first day (and each follow-up) please bring or wear comfortable clothing.  Evaluations and treatment sessions will last 60 minutes.

How do I prepare for the evaluation?

To make your first visit go as smoothly as possible, Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC will email you paperwork that you can submit online. Please complete this paperwork prior to your first visit.

Do you take insurance?

Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC is a private-pay physical therapy practice, meaning we do not file with insurance companies and services are paid for at time of treatment.  However, clients can submit for reimbursement independently.  Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC will gladly provide the necessary paperwork to the client upon request.  Providing cash-based physical therapy treatment allows Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC to provide customized care that is tailored specifically to each client without being limited by an insurance company.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment is due at time of service.  We currently accept credit card, HSA, and FSA.  We advise that you review what is reimbursable with your specific insurance plans.

Do I need a physician’s referral?

North Carolina is a direct access state which means that a client can be seen for physical therapy without a physician’s referral.  However, please check with your insurance company regarding their requirements and policy for out-of-network physical therapy reimbursement.

Do you take Medicare?

We are not a Medicare provider and are not able to see Medicare patients at this time for physical therapy.

Where can you see me?

Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC is a mobile physical therapy clinic and will see you at your home or office.
